About Us
Built From the Work.
Grounded in Community.
Conduit Consultants didn't start with a business plan. It started with nearly 20 years of being in the room: in harm reduction programs, health equity campaigns, and community co-design processes. And a belief that the gap between what systems promise and what communities receive can actually be closed.

Our Mission & Vision
Conduit's mission is to transform community health outcomes through meaningful engagement and evidence-based strategies
Our vision is to work within and for communities to remove barriers to living their best lives.
Our Core Values
Community: Change happens through communities. We design every strategy around the principle that the people closest to a problem hold essential knowledge about its solution.

Inclusion: We examine who's in the room, who isn't, and why. Then we do the work to close that gap.

Connection: Relationships are the mechanism. We build bridges across sectors, systems, and lived experiences because sustainable change requires people who trust each other.

Justice: We ask what systems, policies, and power structures created the conditions we're working to change. And we don't shy away from naming them.

Resourcefulness: We bring creativity, rigor, and adaptability to every engagement, making the most of what exists while building toward what should.
Meet Our Founder

Jody Bogle, MPH
Founder & Principal Consultant
Jody Bogle is a public health strategist with nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of community engagement, health equity, and systems change. Her career began in harm reduction: working at one of the first New Jersey organizations to offer syringe access, leading HIV prevention programming, and conducting research on syringe access pilot programs at a time when the work was politically contested and the stakes were real.
Over the years that followed, Jody led engagement efforts across nonprofit, government, and cross-sector contexts, including a FUSE Executive Fellowship in Travis County, Texas, where she co-designed the "40K Your Way" campaign with Black residents to advance equitable COVID-19 vaccine delivery. Built on 60+ stakeholder interviews and deep community co-design, the campaign centered community voice as the driver of strategy. More recently, she served as Senior Director of Community Engagement at Shatterproof, leading multi-state addiction stigma reduction campaigns with documented, statistically significant outcomes.
Conduit Consultants is the culmination of that work, a boutique public health consulting practice built on the belief that communities deserve engagement that is accountable, relational, and designed to last. Jody brings to every client relationship the same posture she has carried through two decades of practice: deep listening, honest partnership, and an unwillingness to mistake activity for impact.
